Do not mount in any way that will harm the packet
use stamphinges,
photocorners (also easy to fold yourself)
Plastic pages with pockets,
like for magic_card_albums or business cards.
Those are ideal if you want to see both sides of the packet.
If the back is of no interest, with like wrappers,
then put them back to back
The best way to master this is by trying it out on a piece of paper.
On regular sugarpackets I use 2 of these corners,
on sugarsticks 3 corners to prevent them from falling out.
